Our Business

We are committed to creating original content through design and world-class journalism.

Our brands reflect our beliefs and ensure we deliver first-class products and services to our clients and audience.

Founders Story

Co-founders Franz Fricke and Phil Demack have worked in over forty countries and produced hugely successful country-focused business reports for leading global publications.

While working in Tokyo, Japan in 2010, Franz and Phil decided to start their own media agency. The plan was to develop a niche product which would enable economies around the world to further enhance their bilateral trade ties through engaging journalism closely linked to a client-centric approach.

Having successfully achieved their goal, Franz and Phil began leveraging their expertise in foreign relations, design and content creation.

Synergy Media Specialists has launched a portfolio of highly successful platforms, brands and products in recent years.

Synergy Media Specialists’ portfolio has enabled the company to develop into a contemporary media company capable of offering services and solutions to a global audience.

Our Culture and Team

With inclusiveness and travel at the core of what we do, Synergy Media Specialists has always strived to create a corporate culture which empowers young, dynamic, creative and independent people.

We ‘work hard and play hard’ in Morocco, Beirut, France, Indonesia, Japan, Brazil and other amazing countries all over the world.

We also believe it is our responsibility to help make a difference and contribute to society.

Since establishing the company, we have worked closely with a number of charitable organizations and provided funding and support through our volunteer initiatives. This is an important part of our business and one which we will continue to strengthen as we move forward.
